SHIPPING
We offer nationwide shipping to all 50 states through trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS. For timely delivery, we advise scheduling orders to arrive 1-2 days before the desired date. Our team is dedicated to coordinating suitable shipping and arrival dates in alignment with your needs. Starting at just $7.50, our nationwide shipping services ensure your gifts arrive promptly and securely.
FRESHNESS GUARANTEE
Our items are made to order and baked just before shipping, ensuring freshness upon arrival. All packages are shrink-wrapped, and we utilize 1-3 day shipping for quick delivery and maximum freshness. Once received, our brownies stay fresh for seven days and can be frozen for up to three months.
LEAD TIME
For custom designs, our standard lead time is two weeks. However, if you're working under a tight deadline, we're committed to expediting the process wherever possible! For holiday orders, we recommend placing them as early in the year as possible to allow ample time for order processing and scheduling shipping.
PACKAGING
We take pride in our presentation – your orders are carefully packaged in our signature custom gift box, nestled within either a padded shipping envelope or shipping box for optimal protection. Each gift box is expertly shrink-wrapped to seal in maximum freshness. As an added touch, each order comes with a menu, making it simple for your recipient to enjoy and recognize each delicious flavor.
ABOUT NETTIE'S
Nettie’s Country Bakery, home of our brownie bites, is located in Center Moriches, on Long Island, New York. We opened our doors in 2014 and have been putting out fresh baked goods every Friday, Saturday and Sunday since then.
Nettie’s is a family-owned business, started by Joe and Jeanette McHeffey as they entered semi-retirement. The town quickly fell in love with their little side project and the business grew. Joe and Jeanette’s children joined the business over the next few years to make it a true family business.
Our brownie bites are perfect for various occasions. Their small size makes them great for sharing and
offering a bite-sized indulgence. Whether it’s a gesture of appreciation, celebration, or just to spread joy, they are sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face.

Here are a few important things to remember:
- Our brownies don't need to stay refrigerated. The purpose of our ice packs is to keep the chocolate below it's melting point (around 86 degres F) until you can retrieve your package. It is normal for the ice packs to have melted by the time they reach you.
- A little softening and melting is expected. That's why we ask that you place your box of brownies in the refrigerator for 10 minutes upon receipt. The will ensure the chocolate shell hardens up and is perfect to enjoy! After that, no refrigeration is required.
- We automatically send emails when your order is delivered - so please plan to retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery.
