General Shipping Information
In warmer months, we ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. In colder months, we ship order Monday through Friday. We ship via FedEx 2-Day Shipping or USPS Priority Mail 1-Day, 2-Day or 3-Day shipping. All orders placed by 9:00 pm will ship within two days, or on the next available shipping day.
You may choose your desired shipping date at checkout. We recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before your desired date. Please note that we are unable to guarantee a delivery date after your order has shipping. If you should encounter a problem, please contact us and we will work with you to correct it.
We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes. We do not ship internationally.

We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping on all orders.

Has My Order Shipped?
When your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email to the address that you provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
I'd Like My Order Shipped On A Future Date
No problem! Just choose your desired shipping date at checkout and we will hold onto your order until then!
Will The Chocolate Melt On The Way
Shipping chocolate isn't easy! But we've been doing it for a while, so we have it down. During warmer months, we ship our bites in insulated packages with cold packs. We take very careful steps to ensure that your chocolate will arrive fresh and not melted. If there is ever a problem, we will happily replace your bites immediately.
