General Shipping Information
We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We ship via FedEx 2-Day Shipping or UPS 1-3 Day Shipping or USPS Priority Mail.
You may choose your desired shipping date at checkout. Please not that this is the date that your order leaves our bakery.
We recommend that you schedule your order to arrive at least one business day before your desired date. All orders placed by 9:00 pm EST will ship on your selected shipping date, or on the next available shipping day if no date has been selected. At times, we may ship your order one day prior to your selected shipping date if we have concern about arrival before a specific holiday, or the package sitting in a carrier facility over the weekend. At times, we may also hold Thursday shipments until Monday in warm weather, if we fear that they may sit in a hot truck or warehouse over the weekend.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee a delivery date after your order has shipped. If you should encounter a problem, please contact us and we will work with you to correct it. Nettie's is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses added at checkout. If you notice an address mistake on your confirmation email, please contact us immediately. If your package is returned because of an incorrect address, we may, at our discretion, re-ship the package for a small fee.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping and handling rates are calculated based on your merchandise total, after discounts. Please note that Summer Shipping rates include ice pack and insulated foil bubble mailer. Please see "Will My Chocolate Melt On The Way" section below.

When Will My Order Arrive?
We ship via FedEx 2-Day Shipping or UPS 1-3 Day Shipping or USPS Priority Mail. Most orders arrive in 1-3 days. You may choose your desired shipping date at checkout and we'll make sure your order ships on that date.

Has My Order Shipped?
When your order has shipped, we will send a confirmation email to the address that you provided at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
I'd Like My Order Shipped On A Future Date
No problem! Just choose your desired shipping date at checkout and we will hold onto your order until then!
Will The Chocolate Melt On The Way?
We take care to make sure each order arrives in good condition. We use cold packs and insulated mailers from Mid-May through Mid-September. That said, chocolate is particularly subject to melting in warm temperature.
That’s why we kindly ask that you bring your package in as soon as possible after delivery and let the brownie bite box rest in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes before opening. This will help to ensure that the chocolate has a chance to re-set after it’s long journey. Even if your chocolate has melted and re-set, it will still be delicious and perfectly safe to eat!
