We'll Ship Them With Care

In warm weather, we'll ship your brownies in our special foil-lined bubble wrap with gel ice packs.

Refrigerate 10 Minutes, Then Enjoy!

When you receive your brownies, place the brownie box (not the whole package!) in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. After that, they don't require refrigeration!

If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us so we can work to fix the problem!

Here are a few important things to remember:

- Our brownies don't need to stay refrigerated. The purpose of our ice packs is to keep the chocolate below it's melting point (around 86 degres F) until you can retrieve your package. It is normal for the ice packs to have melted by the time they reach you.
- A little softening and melting is expected. That's why we ask that you place your box of brownies in the refrigerator for 10 minutes upon receipt. The will ensure the chocolate shell hardens up and is perfect to enjoy! After that, no refrigeration is required.
- We automatically send emails when your order is delivered - so please plan to retrieve your package as soon as possible after delivery.
